Stampin Addicts is an online community of stampers crazy for Stampin’ Up. Started last February, SA now has some 3000+ members and a growing SU-focused gallery.
To push the gallery to the 10,000 mark and beyond, SA is hosting a Great Gallery Gussy Up and Giveaway.
Upload your Stampin Up projects (current or retired) to the SA gallery by November 8. One lucky uploader will be randomly selected to win Sweet Season, a So Shelli favorite on page 29 of the IBC.
For fun ideas on what you can do with this set, check out the Sweet Season gallery at Stampin Addicts.

Here are six of the seven recipe cards I made for the 6×6 Recipe Pages swap hosted by Barbara/cre8tivestamper at Convention 2009.
So which section is still to come? Beverages, and my recipe for Cherry Limeade Supreme.
Yikes–with Halloween just around the corner, the end of the year is upon us!
For quick inspiration, check out the Stampin’ Addicts 2009 Holiday Mini Blog Hop. You’ll find lovely projects showcasing Holiday Mini items that can also give you ideas for using other sets in your collection.

It was a wild week for the good people on the other end of the Demonstrator Support phones at Stampin’ Up. I think I’ll spend a bit of the Labor Day weekend making a card for DS–they certainly have had to labor!

Stampin’ Addicts gave away a darling Build-A-Bear demo bear (complete with apron and a ‘Life without Stamps–unbearable!’ stamp) from Convention–and my cyber-friend Faith won!
I’ve never met Faith in person, but she’s just so sweet on the forums we’re in. Among the first to offer to help publicize the Happy Holidays Blog Hop, she always has something kind and uplifting to say.
(Okay, I’ll admit it: I’m partial to Faith ’cause she’s been whipping out cute little scrapbook pages with My Digital Studio, featuring her pup Sophie–and I’m a sucker for black-with-brown-eye-spots dogs.)
Faith’s already given her bear a precious name: Cherish! Yes, it’s a good day when Faith wins. . . .

On Friday, Comeka (Howmanycats?!) and I were among the fortunate few ’yellow swirls’ girls who won a Simply Adorned charm and the Charming set from the Holiday Mini!
And that’s not all–in the charm was a mini ATC-style creation, hand made by a Gardner family member!
But wait–it gets better. . . .Shelli SIGNED the reverse of the charm insert!
And the cherry on top of it all: when I called my DH to squeal with glee, he listened to it all and said ‘I’m not sure exactly what you’re talking about, but I’m so glad you’re having such a good time!’
Am I a lucky girl or what?
